1. Who we are

Build It Safe is operated by Dhvani Puar, based in Dublin, Ireland. For any privacy related question contact hello@builditsafe.ai. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Dhvani Puar is the data controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect

• Contact data you submit through the contact form or by email (name, work email, organisation, message).
• Booking data processed by Calendly when you schedule a call. Calendly acts as an independent processor and publishes its own privacy notice.
• Lead magnet requests if you opt in to the starter pack (email and any details you choose to share).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. How we use your data

• To respond to enquiries and deliver requested materials.
• To arrange and conduct advisory engagements.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases

We rely on the following GDPR legal bases: consent (cookies, marketing communications), performance of a contract (delivering services you request), legitimate interests (site security, analytics with appropriate safeguards), and legal obligation (record keeping, tax).

5. Sharing and transfers

We use a small number of trusted processors to operate the site and the practice, including hosting providers, Calendly for scheduling, and email providers. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

• Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function (for example, remembering your cookie choice). These do not require consent.
• Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. They are only set if you accept them.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymise it. Engagement records may be retained for up to seven years to meet legal and accounting obligations.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
